Disappointing
This luggage is very attractive but find it lacking in various ways such as no handle on bottom of luggage for picking up when full. Using the dirty wheels to pick up. Since it’s hard-sided, no outside pocket which we used on the soft - sided luggage. Outside was scrapped up by the airline first time we used the luggage and now use a stretchy cover.

Very little usable space
Decided to upgrade to a nicer quality carry-on after my Traveler's Choice Carry-On Garment Bag combo was starting to look a little beat up. The Hartmann advertises the same dimensions but had half of the usable space. The garment bag was surprisingly small (couldn't fit in a suit with 2 shirts without squishing them in) and could barely fit when packed back into the suitcase. The design looks nice but if you need to pack more than one night's worth of items into yours, I recommend going with another option.

Great carry on product!
We just took this on a four day trip, love the split side feature and hangable feature. High quality product, wheels are smooth and fast. Fits in overhead with wheels in first. Will be adding the larger version as well
