Poor Quality
First one I ordered was not packed properly and was delivered broken. The second one the Spout leaked. Tried to tighten and use again, but it leaked all over the countertop again. Will not buy this product again.

2 gallon glass dispenser with ceramic lid
I have not encountered a better customer service department. The pedestal came broken in the box. I simply responded by email to customer service and stated what condition it was in and they immediately sent a new one to me which I received within three days. The product is very well made also. Previous dispensers have leaked but this one is made so you can keep it tight so it doesn't. I would recommend shopping with Belk for anything they offer, simply because of their integrity. They have been more than fair and gracious with me.
