You can safely and evenly slice all types of fruit and vegetables, choosing one of its three slice settings or two julienne thicknesses. Unlike other mandolines, it has a precision food grip that not only protects your fingers, but allows you to prepare a wide variety of foods of differing shapes and sizes. The pinch-grip tip is ideal for holding small items such as radishes or garlic cloves; the center grip is perfect when slicing rounds from carrots or cucumber; and the flat-grip area is great for creating slices from foods such as courgettes and onions.
