Worn Shoes
I received the shoes, nice shoes. You could tell they have been worn before. They were stretched out. and the bottoms of the shoes were slightly dirty from being worn. They tried cleaning them up, but you could still tell they've been worn.

Pretty Shoes, Terrible Fit
I’m so disappointed that I had to return these pretty shoes. After reading the reviews I ordered a half size up and they still didn’t fit well. The toe was too tight and the heel too loose even though the length was perfect :face_with_one_eyebrow_raised:.

Runs Small
Very cute shoes, but runs extremely small. I'm a size 9, these were more like a 7. I've bought two pairs of shoes from Belk recently, both had the same issue. Time/money wasted trying to exchange them, still don't have any shoes because the stores have a very limited selection.
