Rated 1 out of 5 by from From best to worst: how to destroy a product This used to be one of the best products that Kiehls offered in the men line. Together with the shave cream it was an amazing combination and my husband loved it. Then suddenly the product changed without any notice. The only thing the new product kept from the old one is the packaging. What is inside is night and day. It used to be a great moisturizing with a very fresh scent that would leave his skin amazing for the entire day. Now it is like a very cheap sunscreen you buy at any drugstore. The scent is terrible, smells cheap and the texture is very bad. You just lost a loyal customer until you decide to bring the old formula back.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Awesome product for men I am on my second order of this Facial Fuel SPF 15 product. I really love how this product absorbs into my skin instantly and does NOT leave a greasy or shiny residue on my face. In the past, my skin had been really dry, or really oily. However, now that I am using this product, my skin is well balanced. This product seems to wake me up in the morning and it's nice to know I'm getting a little protection from the sun as well as hydrating my skin. I look fresher, more alert (despite those morning afters) and I must say that this product is a home run. Simple as that, easy to apply and again, not greasy or shiny.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Stains Clothes! Terrible new Formula I don't know what they did to this stuff, but it now turns light colored shirts orange. It destroyed my favorite Nautica Oxford and another dress shirt I own as well as 6 of my undershirts. I conducted a controlled experiment by placing a dot of each of the new Kiehls products I was using on a white t-shirt. After Facial Fuel SPF15 dried, there was a large orange dot on the shirt. I washed the shirt multiple times, used spray and wash, and the spot still would not come out. They really made a mistake with this product and I am surprised they didn't catch this during their testing phase. Save your clothes! Don't buy this product!

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Facial Fuel Goes Bad For Xmas my wife bought me a sample pack of Kiehl products. I really loved the Facial Fuel. I then checked the website and saw that starting in October the reviews really went downhill. Not knowing if my Xmas present contained the good or the bad, I went ahead and ordered some more. Xmas had the good stuff! This new formula is terrible. Doesn't leave my skin feeling fresh and alive like the old stuff. It does go on oily and I need to keep it well aware from my eyes or my eyes burn. The smell is also way different from the Xmas one. Really too bad. This stuff is kind of expensive but I was willing to pay the price because I really liked it. No more. Will not be purchasing this again.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Something changed I ordered the biggest tube when my old tube was running out. After three days, I find that the formula is very different. I do not mind the texture which is a little heavier. What bothers me most is the smell. It is no longer classic and clean any more. Instead, it smells like sunscreen. I am confused, so I check the tube again. The design is a little different too. Now the phrase "sunscreen" is highlighted. If Kiehls wants to rebrand the moisturizer as a daily sunscreen, they are doing it the wrong way. They should have just introduced a new product. Instead, they changed the formula without telling us. Now I feel like I bought a $40 sunscreen.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from No UVA Protection! This has been my favorite daytime moisturizer for quite some time. Well, until I recently discovered it doesn't protect against UVA rays. With a somewhat vague description and me not paying attention I blame myself for not knowing but Kiehl's could certainly be much more upfront about the description of this product and it's lack of proper sun protection. As a moisturizer it's brilliant! It's long lasting, doesn't have a greasy or shiny effect to it and calms my irritated skin down quite well. Unfortunately, you're going to have to add another product on top for proper protection from the sun.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Excellent product Hi, I have to say that I'm lucky to find your products. Been looking for so many years for good skin care products for men. I accidentally found out your store in Helsinki where I live. Customer service was excellent and I got all the information I needed about this product and other products too, and it has sfp15 which is always good for daytime face care, plus all the vitamins. I have a busy life and don't get that much sleep during the weekday, so this is perfect to put on your face after shower and cleansing. This is actually the first brand which my wallet is happy to open ut too =) You got a very satisfied customer here Please send greetings for the shop keepers in Kämp store in Helsinki

Rated 1 out of 5 by from New formula is bad. Bring back the old one First of all I want to understand why Kiehls did not publish my first review. All I said was that the new formula is really bad and it has nothing to do with the original product that I have been loyal for years. I guess this is the place to tell the truth and when a product is amazing like the original Facial Fuel SPF15 was we write about how good it is but when you make a mistake and change the formula without telling your customers and deliver a bad product you should allow your customers to speak out. The new formula is really bad. BRING BACk the original.
