Rated 5 out of 5 by Thom103 from Perfect Size and Great Performance! Just pick this up to help me with many of the baking recipes that I make, just getting to old to do everything by hand. It has a ton of muscle for such a little stand mixer and I was very pleased with the results from the get go. The only drawback is the bowl isn't very wide but is deep so a little awkward getting chips mixed in but the only way that I could see to change that would require a whole new design. Overall I am extremely happy. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.]

Rated 5 out of 5 by miss lee from Just the right size. This smaller size is so much easier to get out of the cupboard. I also like the slower speed to start mixing. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.]

Rated 5 out of 5 by grannyru from Perfect Size! I purchased my Kitchenaid Mini last month. I already owned a large Kitchenaid stand mixer for about 40 years, which I will use for large recipes. But now that there is just two of us the mini makes better kitchen cabinet use. I was also excited about the better use of my attachments it is much easier to use with the shorter height. Made spaghetti noodles last night and it was a delight to work with the more reachable height. I was a bit nervous before I purchased about the mixer paddle being open in the middle, I had seen a lot of reviews where that was a dislike. But I have made many things with this mini and I find that is not at all a problem in fact I like the ease in scrapping off the paddle delightful and much easier. It did not have any detrimental effect in the mixing of any batter I have made. I highly recommend Kitchenaid and for small spaces the Kitchenaid Mini is fantastic! All the power you love Kitchenaid for in a smaller package! [This review was collected as part of a promotion.]

Rated 4 out of 5 by lady bug from great machine Bought about a month ago. In my mind went back and forth between the mini and the 5-quart. I'm very glad I have the mini. My kitchen is fairly small and I wanted it to sit on the counter for convenience and it's working out very well. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.]

Rated 5 out of 5 by Flowerpower from Nice Machine I have never owned a Kitchenaid mixer although a lot of my friends do, and their larger machines are pretty loud. I bought the 3.5 qt. mini to incorporate color into my icings because I can no longer mix by hand. This machine is quiet, which I appreciate, and it does a great job incorporating ingredients. The only drawback is the lever to adjust the power is very tight and hard to move. Also, the rubber on the flex edge beater is not sturdy enough to scrape the sides of the bowl. I don't understand why they did not put the rubber on both blades as it is on the blades for the larger mixer models. Other than that, so far, so good. Rated 5 out of 5 by Vikingfirebeard from Handed down by god herself My parents had one of these 20+ years ago in a restaurant they owned. Btw that one still works too, but you can’t beat these mixers! Me and my wife got a great deal on ours at target and it has been the most useful thing we own in the kitchen as far as extra appliances. I’d buy it again hands down!!! We had wanted one for a few years now and soooooooo glad we got ours! They are a little expensive but well worth it. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.]

Rated 5 out of 5 by Cody and Tenile from Perfect mixer!!! My husband got this for me as an early Christmas present I absolutely love it I have been asking for one for a while now and this one is perfect I just wish it came with the top piece that you supposed to use to pour in your ingredients while it's mixing without that you have to stop it and lift it up but other than that it's perfect could be a little lighter but I like it being heavy cuz it means it's heavy duty and less likely to break I couldn't have asked for a better mixer [This review was collected as part of a promotion.]
