Rated 2 out of 5 by from Not well made I am sorry to say that this pencil sharpener is not "top quality". The sharpener itself may be good, the rest of it is not. It only lasted a few weeks before parts of the plastic around the opening broke off. Next to go was part of the base below the plastic. In other words, this item is not at all well made. I have gotten other sharpeners which were all in one piece and so do not have this problem. I finally gave up and just threw it away.
