Great color
The color on these jeans are absolutely perfect. It’s a deep but soft gray and the fit is also excellent. It’s a medium weight and is perfect for round year wear.

I like the gray
I wasn't sure about the color of the stretch aspect, but my wife convinced me to try them. I'm glad she did! They are super comfortable, and the color is great. It makes the jeans feel a little dressier to me.

Mostly solid pants
Finally found the size and fit that works for me. I’ve worn a 32x32 in other brands as long as I can remember, but the 33x30 in these 505s fit great (recently started wearing 33x32 in another brand that rhymes with Freddie Dauer). I’m 5’10”, 180lb man with an athletic build for reference. Other traditional denim 505s would ride up in the back and give me a wedgie but the gray 505s didn’t have that effect. I took one star away because after one wash the material seems to have taken on a slightly crinkled texture. Also after washing, the fabric that covers the zipper wrinkled up and exposes the zipper so I have a feeling it will need to be steamed/ironed after each wash. I’ve never encountered that with jeans or pants before. Haven’t had these long so I’m not sure about the overall quality yet.
