Great dress, poor service.
I have many Ophelia dresses from Lilly Pulitzer. I love the style and this dress can be dressed up or down. I needed a black dress for an event and it was sold out at the Lilly store. Never having bought from Belk before, I took a chance. The dress was delivered in a bag, without tissue and not even folded. It was so wrinkled it looked like a rag. I’m very disappointed in the service from Belk and will not be ordering again in the future. I give them one star for service but five stars for the dress. Hence the three stars.
