Nice shoe
I like the shoes but when I took them out of the box the bottoms looked scuffed like they had been worn. Not sure if they were tried on in a store somewhere or if they had been returned. I used Belk rewards dollars for part of the purchase so haven’t returned till I find out how that would work.

Color of edges faded after 1 wear
I bought these for a work conference and after 1 day the dark brown color of the soles around the edges of the shoes completely faded making these look like I’ve worn them for years.

Pretty shoe, very uncomfortable
I purchased the basil color bootie a few months ago. They have poor support and cushion. Very painful to wear. Wore them only once, now they site in my closet.

Beautiful
I bought these booties on line in a 91/2 in the brownish black shade. The shoe is sleek and the material feels like a high quality shoes. I do not know what is wrong with the padding on the right shoe, it feels different than the left which fits perfectly. The right shoe hurts my foot and it feels like the padding is bunched up in the center on the ball of my foot. I will have to drive to the nearest store 40 miles from my home to see if I can find these shoes and exchange them. I recommend the shoes but be sure to buy from a store to get a well made pair.
