Really disappointed in LuckyThe last two pair of Lolita jeans I've purchased have ended up with tears in the fabric on the inner thigh. Clearly the quality of the fabric and/or production has gone down yet the price has not. Lucky is and has been my favorite brand of clothing with Lolita being my favorite cut of jeans for quite some time. Glad I'm not alone in noticing this issue as many have posted they are having the same defects occurring. Lucky pay attention to your loyal customers and do something about the quality of your product before you lose us forever!

Bad qualityI was so happy to find this jeans because it fitted perfectly but after a month(!) of use they already have a hole in them. They're not cheap so I was really upset. I went to the store back to change them and they would not replace them instead gave a 50% off a full price item which is ridiculous that they want me to buy a replacement for something that is their fault. I've been told that I probably washed them wrong. They have just lost my trust and I will NOT be recommending these jeans to other people.

Love them, but fabric doesnt hold up. I HAVE A FIX THOUGH!!The "matira" color is awesome and the Lolita fit is one of my faves... but sadly the fabric isn't holding up. I read the previous comments before buying, but wanted to give them a go anyway. While less stretchy than some others, i found them to be sized just a bit large. Im 5'3", 150lbs, hourglass and athletic. Normally in Lucky I get size 28 or 29, but these I ordered size 27 and they are a nice tight fit. The 28 would have been a good fit as well. I've had these a few months now and have started to notice holes in the fabric along my inner thigh. If you get these same holes though and think all hope is lost, fear not! Take them to your tailor and ask her to "darn" the fabric at the thigh. It's cheap to get done and it saved my jeans. Its also very easy to do yourself at home with a sewing machine, google it... :)

Loyal Lucky Customer from
Cute but rip easilyI have been wearing Lucky jeans exclusively for the past few years because they fit me well. However, I think I'm going to need to be more selective in which pairs I buy. These do fit well but they ripped over both knees within the first few months of purchase (I have other Lucky jeans that have lasted 3+ years even with very frequent wear). I'm lucky that ripped jeans are in style, but I can only wear this pair in certain instances now. For example, I can't wear them for casual Fridays at my office nor when traveling because sitting too long is uncomfortable with such large holes over my knees.

Unhappy customer from
Terrible customer service! These are the most comfortable jeans that I have owned and fit me very well but after 3 months of use they already have a hole in them. A $100+ pair of jeans should not get a hole in them within 3 months of use. I reached out to customer service and they would not replace them instead gave a code for 50% off a full price item which is ridiculous that they want me to buy a replacement for something that is their fault. They have just lost a loyal customer and I will NOT be recommending these jeans to other people.

Looks= 5 STAR, smell= 1 STARI bought these for "nicer" denim to wear to work, but after 1 wash and 1 all day wear to work I am not sure if I can deal with the horrific smell. I have always loved Lucky jeans as a nicer alternative, but not too, too pricey. However this pair of jeans reeks. Like nasty cheap-o denim mixed with gasoline. I washed them and febreezed them, letting them air dry (as I do all my denim) then out of pure necessity due to smell I put them in the dryer for about 10 min. This backfired and amplified the smell I think. The jeans look amazing. They seriously make me look like a rock star and are professional enough for my casual workplace, but my home, car and office smelled like like cheap dye the entire day. I expect more from Lucky.

FantasticSuper comfortable and flattering. I usually have trouble finding jeans, as my waist is usually a size smaller than my hips. These are a wonderful fit and worth every penny. Great quality too!

Do not Buy These! My husband purchased these for a gift for me less than 4 months ago. They just ripped (after only 12 wears) in the upper, inner thigh. Now I am getting the run around because no receipt. I hate wasting time and trying to get these replaced has been fruitless so far. Don't take the risk, poor quality!
