Hug my Waist
I fit comfortably ,but not firm enough to make a size difference. I believe you must order a size you want to be, not the size you are. It was OK, but I prefer firmer control.

Comfortable Shaping Panty
I'm pleased with this shaping panty - it provides nice smoothing for my waist and hips without being too firm. The high waist provides for a nice silhouette under clingier dresses and the silicone band stays up nicely.

there are nice but the shorts are too short they should be longer so it does not mark your leg
