Too much
They are the noisiest shoe Ive ever had, thou Ive had other ones replaced by Merrell for the same reason. They are comfortable the lace system is to long for me.

Lovely shoe, once you finally get it on.
I've had maybe 5 pairs of these shoes over the past 20 years. I've returned two because of excessive squeaking that didn't go away with the talcum powder trick. When on, they are extremely comfortable and provide good support for all day work on your feet.
My biggest complaint, as many others have mentioned, is that they are VERY DIFFICULT to put on. The opening for your foot is just too small. You have to force your foot into the shoe, push down, wiggle it, raise it back up, pull on the cloth loop, put it back on the ground, push, push, push. And if you do this enough times, the inside heel of the shoe eventually tears or the plastic support breaks.
You really need a long shoehorn to put these shoes on comfortably without damaging the heel over time.

Nice styling, struggling to put them on.
Wanted to love them, but, returning. The stretch neoprene makes it a struggle to put them on. I don’t want to dpend ten minutes putting shoes on. Styling is great, they were comfortable once I got them on.

I was hopeful!
I love Merrells and have been wearing the for years (10+). I bought these to replace those because they have the stretch feature which I love. Sadly they were too small for me and I had to return them. before I could wear them outside.

Chameleon 8 stretch - multi faceted.
I'm still breaking these shoes in however, I can offer the following positives:
- comfortable on rough terrain, on project sites and over city hikes
- the soles feel resilient
- uppers are fairly sturdy whilst retaining some flexibility; I like the bungy laces
Only real negative is they are a bit of a struggle to pull on.
