Disappointed!
If Belk wants to compete with Macy's, y'all are gonna have to do better! I purchased this set a few weeks ago. Upon opening the package, I discovered a rip in one of the pillowcases. I have multiple sets of this brand of sheets & have never had any issues with them, so I was disappointed to find damage & a lack of quality control. This is the type of issue I expect from a Walmart purchase, not Belk.
I sent an email immediately to Belk customer service on 10/30/20 & have yet to receive a response as of 11/11/20. Although I can't say I'm surprised at the lack of communication. I had an issue with an online purchase earlier this year & after multiple emails & phone calls to customer service I finally got a response 2 months later.
I see that several years ago you all were acquired by a NY -based firm & a new CEO appointed who is not a member of the Belk family. Maybe that's your problem: if your name is not above the door what investment do you have.

Soooo Soft!!!
I bought these about a month ago and the softness and smoothness were absolutely amazing!!! So I bought sheet sets for my daughter and grandchildren!!! They love them. They wash extremely well and the softness stays in the comfort of them.
