Terrible
Opened the box today, decided to do chicken wings, turned it on to the temp. set the timer, then seamed to be working. Then nothing. All lights went off. Checked the chicken, seamed to me half cooked. Unplugged it. plugged back in nothing. Took half cooked chicken out, washed the basket. Plugged back in, what do you get ? Nothing

I got the brio 14qt for Christmas It don't come with anything to pull the food out after rotisserieing the meat . Also there is no where on the site to order the grill pan or other stuff that is for the item
