Rated 5 out of 5 by from I love this stuff I have used origins since I was about 15. A sales lady stopped me in the mall and said I can clear your skin up. She educated me about the products and I bought several things that day. One was the mint wash. In less then 1 week my skin was clear. This was after years of being teased about my face. Through the years the name has changed and the formula slightly (they removed salicylic acid) but I have continued to use this product. Although I am not good about anything else but I am religious regarding the moisturizer and cleansing wash. Now that I am 40 I use the eye cream ( I wish I had started on this sooner) Buy this product you will love it.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Best natural product ever! I'm not one to write reviews. I've been searching for awhile for natural skin care products. I bought origins zero oil and the toner and put off using it because I was trying this other brand first since I use there organic makeup. All I can say is there cleansers and toners made me a mess. I rarely get pimple. Maybe a couple closed comedomes here and there. This was all across my forehead they told me it was purging and it very well may have been but I cannot day for sure. I sent it all back and gave this a shot. My face was clear in 3 days. A tiny dab of this stuff goes a long way. Smells fantastic and you simply feel clean. It works give it a shot.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Love this! I have had acne prone since I was a pre-teen (now in my late 30s). I have tried lots of different cleansers, and all sorts of products from the dermatologist over the years, and I have to say that this cleanser has been amazing. It's gentle on my skin, yet strong enough to keep my breakouts under control. It is not drying at all, which is usually the problem with a good acne cleanser. My skin now stays soft and clear. The scent is light and fresh and not over bearing. I have even started using this morning and night on my 11 year old son. His skin is now staying squeaky clean, and to top it off, he doesn't protest using this like the other cleansers I've tried on him. If you need a new option, try this - it is worth it!!

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Combination skin***Stay away from this one I love the Origins line but the Zero Oil Deep pore cleanser has been a complete BUST for me! I have combination skin that tends to get very oily during the summer months. Typically I use my checks and balances (which I love) but i thought I would give this one a shot. The 1st day its was ok and the next day my skins started feeling very tight and by the end of the day i was extremely oily. To say the least, my face broke out like a teenager. Would not use this product again. Maybe it works for very oily skin stypes but for me it was too abrasive and I ended up with a much bigger problem. Have since gone back to my all time favorite checks and balances!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Helped in just 1 week I am a 35 year old female who was struggling with small acne on my forehead and cheeks. The type of acne that you can't see unless under certain lighting (but is unsightly non-the-less). I switched from the Origins Checks and Balances Cleanser to the Zero Oil Cleanser and my acne has almost disappeared in just one week. I'm very satisfied with this purchase. I have sensitive skin and this product didn't bother my skin at all. ( I also have been using the Zero Oil Lotion and Acne Treatment Pads. )

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Not as Good as Get Down I used Get Down for many years and LOVED it. When i found out they discontinued it I bought as many as I could through gone but not forgotten. They are now out as well. By suggestion of the origins consultant I tried ZeroOil. I found it to be no where as good as Get Down. I will say that it does keep the oil down but my pores are not as clean and my face does not feel as clean. The smell is also a deterrent. I have also tried Checks and Balances with no luck. The origins sales person suggested that i use it with an exfoliator but I never needed an exfoliator with Get Down. I'm sorry to say that unless they bring back get down I will have to find another brand.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Zero Oil Cleanser I bought this cleanser about a week ago, and already I am in love! It keeps my combination, maturing skin in control all day without drying it out. I am so impressed with how well it works! It keeps my make up looking good all day without having to powder my face every several hours to keep it shine free- I always ended up looking chalky by the end of the day. The smell is fabulous, the lather is luxurious- my skin is sensitive and I have had NO irritation at all. I have also purchased this product for my college age daughter who has acne prone skin and is moving to a hot humid climate. She's impressed too. Great product as always. Thanks!

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Contains Biocides (life-killing agents) This product, along with all Modern Friction, Ginzing, and Charcoal Body washes contain Methylisothiazolinone And/or Methylchloroisothiazolinone, which are preservatives that can cause harm to human skin. I have experienced months of contact dermatitis that rivals low grade chemical burns as a result of these ingredients. The final confirmation of the harm these preservatives can do was confirmed by a T.R.U.E. test that places a skin patch on your back with all ME and CL versions of that specific chemical. Test resulted in heavily inflamed skin on that specific patch square. Research the chemicals Methylisothiazolinone and Methylchloroisothiazolinone before purchase.
