I am ordering my second pair
Bought these mitts forever ago and used them constantly. I do happen to have larger hands for a woman, but it is my husband that uses them to take a turkey out of the oven which is heavy and burning hot so I do know why someone would complain about the size. These are the only mitts that I have used that I do not get burned. They are perfectly designed. Today I was throwing papers in the fireplace because I was sick of shreading them. The fire got so hot that a small area got burnt but thankfully, my hands did not. That is why I am getting another pair. I highly recommend them.

Absolutely Horrible
These oven mitts are absolutely horrible unless your hands are as big as an NFL wide receiver. They are also inflexible and awkward. Even if you can manage to grasp the item you want to remove from the oven, the mitt will stick to the oven rack if you touch it too--and the mitts are so cumbersome, you will probably touch it too. The only thing I have to say good about them is that you will not burn yourself when using them. They protect you well from the heat, but it is even hard to open the oven wearing them.
