Rated 1 out of 5 by Unhappy from Nice display dishes These are beautiful dishes! I purchased the whole set, including the pitcher, the platter, etc, etc... I had to take the first set back as there were chipped dishes in the box... Should have read reviews before purchasing... I kept them... I have had them less than a year. I've used them maybe four times... I would rather use my good china than these. They chip easily... I am stuck with everyday dishes that I can't use because they chip so easily... nice display dishes, but I wouldn't purchase them to USE them. I doubt I will purchase anything else from Pfaltzgraph... I thought they had quality products... how dissappointing.

Rated 2 out of 5 by Emily from Not the Quality Expected from Pfaltzgraff Plates, bowls, and mugs easily chip. Having issues with the unglazed rim on the bottom of all pieces molding in the cabinet, even after being allowed to completely air dry. Pfaltzgraff warranty does not cover dishes purchased anywhere besides THEIR stores or website.

Rated 1 out of 5 by jeni65 from Poor Design VERY Dissappointed! Very poor in the microwave-dishes too hot to handle. Cheaply manufactured. The biggest mistake that I have ever made on dishes. Will write this off to experience and invest in my next set.

Rated 1 out of 5 by JudyinAtlanta from Pretty but too fragile I was tempted by the look of these dishes, which is similar to some of the very expensive ones, and the price is great. However, they are much too fragile. I have even been washing them by hand because our dishwasher is broken, and they have still chipped. At first, I thought I'd replace them one at a time, but then changed my mind realizing they're not supposed to be disposible and the same thing would just happen again. (the light bulb came on!) Skip these!

Rated 1 out of 5 by rainey from chips too easily I bought a service for 12 of these dishes in Dec. 2013. We are two seniors and are very easy on dishes. They are chipping very easily. I love the look but would not buy Pfaltzgraff again. I thought it was a good product but was mistaken.

Rated 1 out of 5 by lauren from Wish I could use 0 stars I registered for these for my wedding because I loved the design. I've had them for a year and half and have hated every minute of it. They get untouchable from the microwave after 30 seconds to a minute and the food isn't even warm. They chip and you can see visible cracks under the seal. AWFUL

Rated 1 out of 5 by NancyJane from Worst purchase ever! These seemed to be exactly what I wanted for a change. I had two other sets of Pfaltzgraff dishes and was very pleased. These are awful. I have more chips than dishes! I live alone so I am basically the only one washing them and they chip very easily. Also the statement that they get hot in the microwave is an understatement. If you heat anything for longer than about 15 seconds you MUST use a pot holder to remove the dish from the microwave or you will get burned. I do not like these dishes at all.

Rated 1 out of 5 by Robin from Very Disapointed I was excited to buy this set of dishes. I had a set of Pfaltzgraff dishes I bought in the late 80's and am still using. I wanted something new so when I saw these I just knew I would love them. Wrong! I love the look but they are no where near the quality of my old ones. They chip easily and if you use them in the microwave they get fine cracks through out the piece. They also get very very hot. Definatly not worth the price and not worthy of the Pfaltzgraff name.
