I LIVE IN THIS HEATING PAD
Large and soft and pliable, not like the small, stiff drug store heating pads. I have been using these "Pure Relief" heating pads for years for back problems, and wear them out, and they last many years. Adjustable (4 levels) with even heat-- therapeutic, like a warm shower and a cuddle.

Better than advertised
There are lots of things you can buy all over the internet but it was nice to get something that was even better than advertised. It has multiple heat settings to keeps me warm, but not too warm, it covers a great deal of my back and neck and it has a nice safety feature where it will automatically turn off after a specific amount of time. It is actually quite "cozy"and I always look forward to using it. Worth every penny!

Great when it worked
I received the XL heating pad for Christmas. I have used it twice. Today the light blinks and there isn’t any heat.

Great Product
I ordered this heating pad earlier this month because my neck and back are always hurting and I just love it! The neck/shoulder portion is lightly weighted so the pad stays in place against my skin but it's not too heavy which is fantastic for my small frame. I also really love the luxurious feel of the plush cover and the convenience to unplug myself when I need to go to the next room. It's easy to simply plug myself back in when I get back and the pad stays warm and I don't have to take it off. I'm very happy I bought this one!

Wonderful XL Heating Pad!
I had purchased one in December and when I wanted to use it another family member had it. I then purchased one in January just for me. This pad is amazing and heats and helps with my back and neck pain. I just plug it in and use it in my bed as I am watching a movie. I love the size and safety features it offers with shut off after being on to insure safety. You will not be sorry you invested in this product.

Awesome product!
I have a curvature in my neck and a few degenerative discs in my back and have always had to use a square heating pad and try to arrange it so it would hit the right spots, but it never really worked. I have to say that I am more than pleased with this heating pad. It hugs my neck and back right where I need it to. My only complaint is that it’s not wireless, so I can walk around freely with it on. LOL! This is a great product, and I will definitely be using it a lot. Plus, the material is so soft and silky, and it heats up fast. I love it!
