But if you expect timely responses or clear communication from this company, good luck. I recommend you buy directly from the store or other channels, because unfortunately Ricardo internally is not equipped to serve customers well. The two specific examples I have: 1) I purchased luggage on a Friday (July 20) and wanted it delivered by Tuesday (July 24) EOD, so I paid rush delivery. The company called me that Monday (July 23) to validate my order. I asked would it still arrive on Tuesday (24) EOD based on my shipping payment. The representative said yes. 2) I got an email with a tracker late on Monday (23) explaining it would arrive Wednesday (July 25). When I tried to email for clarification, I got no response. I had to email proactively twice. I didn't hear anything until a Monday (July 30) because the representative said "oh sorry, I thought we already dealt with your issue". 3) I emailed back (July 30) and explained that there was miscommunication and the luggage arrived on Wednesday (which was late for me). I heard nothing until Thursday (Aug 3), where the CSR tried to justify why the response was so late. From "that lady was not in our department" to "we never said Tuesday EOD". In summary: I understand things are out of control of certain service folks, but what's unacceptable from the company is: a) stating false facts to me when I needed something delivered, and b) making excuses / being slow to respond to my emails - effectively taking nearly 2 weeks to properly resolve my questions. So again, probably a good product, but I personally will never buy from them again. There are more than enough companies that would be happy to serve better with my gifting business.
