First time streamer
A friend gave me one of his ROKU Express about 4 months ago when he learned that I cut the cord. Mine works great, only gliches, freezes or hangs up maybe once a month and that's almost always when I am using the DVR feature. No big. It happens, ya know? Usually auto-resets within 2 minutes. I'm completely happy with it.

I bought this almost two years ago now and i haven’t had a problem with it until now and so the power cord was broken and I cannot seem to find a replacement and the ones I have tried a warning on the tv says “insufficient power” I don’t know how to fix this and am about to just get a new one

Having so much trouble with box!
Bought this a few months ago..It worked great..Now the box doesn’t connect to the internet n totally reset system..I followed other recommendations to reset..let the box cool down ect..I’m so frustrated..please help!

Lagging steams, constant resets
Had to keep restarting/factory resetting. It was near my router and still would drop the wi-fi connection constantly. Some free kids content channels were riddled with repetitive adult marketed commercials as often as frequently as every 30 seconds-3 minutes. Navigating/typing with the remote was tedious and time consuming. No technical support. Support forums offer redundant multistep procedures that don't work at all or only work for a few minutes. No returns or refunds after 30 days.

Love it !! But
I bought 3 of them & had to use 3 different E-mail accounts in order to set them up to play. Now only one shows up under my Alexa app. to connect. Really wanted all 3 connected. Technical Help needed please.
