Horrible Support
I bought these for Zumba. Normally I wear volleyball shoes but I liked how these look (big mistake) and I thought they would give more ankle support. Plus they had rave reviews. Everything was fine for about a month, but then I developed plantar fasciitis. Symptoms started to abate when I abandoned these shoes and bought a new pair of volleyball shoes. They look nice, they have a soft sole, but the support just isn't there for something high impact like Zumba, at least not for my 140 pound self.

Disappointed
I received my shoeslison yesterday and wore it to my (inside) boot camp this morning. Beautiful shoe, great fit. Sadly, after my one hour class the toe area was scuffed and damaged. Of course it was minor but I would have expected better from $100.00 shoe.

Awesome sneaker!
I love Ryka. They are my favorite brand. This particular shoe has great support. Insoles are removable for orthotics (YAY RYKA!). Soooo pleased I immediately bought THREE more.
