Great sandal
I have two pair, grey and black. They fit great on me in my normal size 8, very comfortable. The thicker sole is way more supportive than standard flip flops and the strap is softer and nicer, too. Elevates the style a bit. Would buy again.

They are too loose. You will walk out of them
These sandals are not true to size. They don’t stay on your feet. I would have returned them but Ryka makes it almost impossible to return. They need to work on returning products. They should see how QVC or Zappos returns are done.

Order smaller width than usual
Probably comfortable, but too big for my regular size. I usually order wide widths, but these fell off my feet. I am trying a different sandal.

Loose Fit But Comfortable
I bought these as my at home sandals, so I run around and do chores in them. They are very comfirtable. The negative for me is how loose the strap fits. My foot is not held in place very securely. I've done minor ankle twists a few times as my foot slides around. Footbed fits well, so a smaller size would not be an option. If you are looking for a more secure fit, these might not be your best choice. My foot is a bit narrow, medium width shoes fit me fine.

Flip Flop
I like the feel and comfort. The low rating comes from 2 issues. The first is there are spots on the bottoms of both sandals, same spots on each, that feel almost like knots. When you wear them it constantly feels like you have a small rock or something under your foot. The second is the toe piece is very uncomfortable. The piece that attaches the toe piece to the strap is thick and rubs.
