Doesn't fit a Queen
Belk sold this to me as a F/Q and it doesn't fit the size on the package says full and the dimensions are for a full size bed. I can't reach anyone at Belk customer service to authorize free shipping back to them. Also very crinkly sounds like the old baby rubber pants.

Description doesn’t say waterproof
I cannot speak about the product as I wasn’t looking for a waterproof mattress cover so I returned it. The description did not mention it was waterproof.

Great features!

Just to clarify, this is not a mattress pad. It is a mattress protector. It doesn't add any cushion, etc. It will protect your mattress from liquids, spills, dust mites, and accidents. It doesn't make any noise or crinkly sounds like some mattress protectors make. It fit our 15" deep mattress and was easy to put on. No tugging or pulling. I'm not sure why they call it cooling, I haven't noticed that the sheets feel any cooler.They don't feel warmer either, so maybe? I would recommend that anyone purchasing a new mattress invest in this mattress protector. It will certainly protect your investment [This review was collected as part of a promotion.]

Very comfortable
This mattress protector is very nice in quality. It is very comfortable. The matress proctector is true to size and has no bunching togerther. It is very smooth. This bed cover is great! Soft fabric does not grip your sheets. It's cooling technology works great and is going to be amazing for the summer heat.
