Arrived damaged
I ordered two pillows and one of them is split for several inches at the seam. It's just not worth the hassle to send it back. Disappointed, and will not order pillows online again

Extra Soft, Not Extra Firm!
I purchased 2 of these pillows because they’re advertised as being extra firm. The pillows have no firmness whatsoever and are probably the softest we have ever had! Needless to say, we are very disappointed and it’s unfortunate that they’re describing this pillow as firm with support! I have included 2 photos - one showing how the pillow easily folds in half. If it were extra firm, it wouldn’t be this flexible.

Not Firm Just Flimsy and Lumpy
I have used these pillows for only two nights, and they are already lumpy. Did not expect to get lumpy. I ordered 2 king size because they stated EXTRA FIRM SUPPORT. They are very flimsy with no support at all. Very disappointed but I get what I pay for. Would definitely not recommend to anyone wanting a firm pillow.

Not extra firm…
Just opened our new extra firm pillows. Got in the bed and they collapsed to nothing. I actually ordered 2 firm and 2 extra firm, but got all extra firm. Disappointed, there is nothing firm about these. If you want a soft pillow- these would be perfect!

Happy customer!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is a comfortable pillow for side sleepers. It has great amount of fluff to keep my spine straight. I wake up well-rested with no aches or numbness. The pillow has hypoallergenic polyester fiber filling which is extremely lightweight, but provides a firm support for both my head and neck when compressed. I've been using this pillow for several weeks and it didn't loose its shape and didn't flatten.
