Not what I was hoping for...
I was so excited to try this pillow. My head is extremely hot at night, and I was looking forward to the cooling effect. I didn't notice any difference between the temperature of my original pillow and this one. I also thought the pillow was very firm and it did not support my neck. It felt like I was sleeping on a rock. Very disappointed.

comfortable pillow
it is comfortable just wish it would last longer. only lasted 9 months and its already lost its rebound its flat and starts to hurt my neck now since my head almost goes to the bed through the pillow. any recommendations for a longer lasting pillow? I don't even weigh that much at all, im a thin person.

Great comfort, okay cooling
I found that this pillow offers cooling, but I still sometimes need to flip it to be able to enjoy cooling throughout the night. I can be a very hot sleeper sometimes. However, a real plus for me is the comfort--very supportive for the neck while being soft enough, and the pillow if not heavy like some other foam pillows. For reference, I'm 5'8" with fairly broad shoulders for a woman and have found other cooling pillows fail to support well.

I LOVE THIS PILLOW!
I have been searching for the perfect pillow for years, and I found one when I purchased this pillow! It is just thick enough, and after four months of they are still keeping a great shape, (I liked the first one so much, I bought another). I get headaches from time to time, and the Chill gel actually helps, and is only on one side, so if you do not want a 'cool' night's sleep, you can flip the pillow. Naturally the section wear you lay your head will eventually warm up, but you can turn the pillow around to the other side and continue having the cool sleep you want. I slept the best I have in years this Summer!

Great sleep pillow!!
Absolutely love this pillow. I had one for years but it had worn out, so I got a new one. Wouldn't sleep without it. I take it everywhere.

Best pillow ever.
I love this pillow. It stays cool all night and is the most comfortable pillow I have ever slept on. I had neck pain with all other brands. I am a side sleeper, but I can sleep comfortably in my side or on my back. Definitely worth it!
