Rated 1 out of 5 by Damaged shoes from Damaged shoes I received the shoes. The box was crushed and the toes of both shoes were scratched. I returned the shoes to my local store, which did not have the shoes in stock. I received a refund and re-ordered. I received the SAME shoes a week later.

Rated 1 out of 5 by ELR80S from Get Sperry shoes from Sperry, not Belk TLDR: Terrible customer service from Belk. Not the Belk I remember from my youth. I purchased these shoes for myself and my husband. We each have a pair that is several years old and are only having to get new ones because of wearing down the soles. We love this brand of shoes, and they are normally well/made. However…one of my husband’s shoes from the new pair has stitching that is unraveling. It is December 2024, and we bought the shoes May 2024. Sperry warranties these shoes for 12 months after purchase. BUT…Sperry says if you buy their shoes from another vendor (i.e. not Sperry), you have to go through the seller for any warranty issues. I called Belk customer service and spoke with someone with whom there was a language-based communication barrier. And as soon as this gentleman heard that I was calling about something I purchased several months ago, he hung up on me. So disappointed. I will never again shop at Belk and will instead take my business directly to Sperry.

Rated 3 out of 5 by Papa Tim from Need wider widths Bought them online, they did look a little rough when I received them like someone had tried them on and scuffed them or they were a return. Shoes ae very narrow, I even went 1/2 size bigger and they are still narrow.
