Purchased two weeks ago for my nephew for Christmas. Doesn’t work at all. Want charge or show any signs of working. Complete waste of money. Thanks Belk for featuring terrible merchandise

I bought this as a Christmas gift that I now have to return because it does not work. It turns on but doesn’t have settings to change the time or date.. screen goes black if you try to do anything other than look at the time.

Terrible. Doesn’t work, would not charge
I bought this 2 or 3 weeks ago and would not charge or show any signs of life. I’m a senior and can’t get to post office to return. Very upset as I shop Belk all the time. I live in upstate New York and very limited to shopping
