Marketplace provides Belk customers with the opportunity to shop new categories at competitive prices. Our goal is to provide customers with more choices through verified sellers they can trust. Marketplace partners manage order shipping, returns and customer service for each item sold.
Customers must contact the marketplace seller directly for assistance with returns or exchanges. Marketplace items cannot be returned to Belk stores or via Belk.com Customer Care.
Products from Marketplace are not eligible for promotions or coupons.

STANDARD RETURN: 30 day return policy. If the purchase doesn't meet your expectation, please inform us within 30 days. An RMA (return authorization number) and return address will be provided for the return. Any return due to buyer's Remorse will be at buyer's expense (the return shipping is at the customers expense and responsibility). Merchandise must be in original factory condition, and must include all original packaging materials, warranty cards, manuals and accessories. DAMAGE/DEFECT RETURN: All items received must be inspected by the customer within 15 days of delivery for any defects or damages. After our 15 day policy we are not liable for any claim.
