Return Instructions

Customers must contact the marketplace seller directly for assistance with returns or exchanges. Marketplace items cannot be returned to Belk stores or via Belk.com Customer Care.

Return Details

RETURN POLICY - Your satisfaction is GUARANTEED! All Luggage Online products come with our 30-day FREE & EASY Returns Policy. If, for any reason, you are not satisfied with your purchase, click on "My Order" on the top right of our homepage. If the item is not received back within 10 business days from your return claim your return will not be valid. Once your return is received we will apply a full refund less any shipping costs to the original form of payment. RETURNS PROCEDURE Click on Returns Center Input Order Number and Email Address associated with the return. Follow the steps to complete your return request. An email will be sent with a prepaid shipping label. Download and print the returns label. Pack all the returned items, along with a print off of your confirmation of purchase email, and attach the label on a box. Take it to an authorized drop-off location and ship. You will receive an email as soon as we received your items, and when a refund is issued. Details All merchandise must be in the same new, unused condition in which you received them. Items returned to Luggage Online that are not in new, unused condition will NOT be refunded. As a courtesy to our customers we will provide a FREE prepaid return shipping label. Once your return is received and inspected by Luggage Online, your original form of payment will be credited the original price of the product and any applicable taxes. Any original shipping fees are NOT refundable. Refunds will be issued by Luggage Online within 3 to 4 business days from when we receive your returned product(s). Credit card companies vary on the time it takes for credit to appear on their customers' records. Please allow 7-10 business days for the credit to appear on your statement. All Final Sales are non-returnable. All personalized or monogrammed items are non-returnable. EXCHANGES If you would like to exchange your item for something that better fits your needs, a new order will need to be placed. Simply follow the same process as a return; details are outlined above.
