Belk Marketplace is an expanded assortment of brands and products sold directly by curated sellers on belk.com. Marketplace provides Belk customers with the opportunity to shop new categories at competitive prices. Our goal is to provide customers with more choices through verified sellers they can trust. Marketplace partners manage order shipping, returns and customer service for each item sold.
Customers must contact the marketplace seller directly for assistance with returns or exchanges. Marketplace items cannot be returned to Belk stores or via Belk.com Customer Care.
Products from Marketplace are not eligible for promotions or coupons.

Return within 30 days for a full refund. For standard returns (items in new condition and unused), please email email@example.com for RMA and return information. Include the order number and the return reason. We will reply within 1-2 business days. A refund will be processed after the carrier scans the return package. The buyer pays the shipping charge for any returns except for items being damaged or defective or fulfilled wrongly by seller. Returns will NOT be accepted at the Belk store since we're a marketplace seller. Please note that most refunds are posted to your personal credit card or Belk Rewards credit card within 15 business days from the time that your returned merchandise is received. If you have not received your refunds after 15 business days, please call Belk's Customer Service at 1-866-235-5443 or your credit card company.
