Our “Buy Online Pick Up In Store” service allows customers to place an order at belk.com and pick it up later that day* from select stores at no additional cost. |
1. Choose store pickup on eligible items when placing an order at belk.com |
2. Wait for an email confirming your order is ready for pick up. Items are usually ready in up to 4 hours. |
3. Bring a photo ID and your confirmation email to the in-store pick up area. |
Items available for in-store pick up will be marked as such on belk.com. Enter your ZIP code to check availability. |

Each store will have a designated area for “Buy Online Pick Up In Store” orders. There will be signs to guide customers. |
