How do I continue to shop The Limited?
While The Limited has a new home, your favorite brand’s collections will be available on Belk.com.
What is THE LIMITED return policy?
For returns made with an order summary form/packing slip within 60 days of purchase, we will refund the full purchase price to your original form of payment. For returns without an order summary form/packing slip or after 60 days of purchase, we will refund the lowest sale price offered in the last 30 days, credited to a Belk gift card.
When will I receive my credit?
Most credits are posted within 15 business days from the time that your returned merchandise is received by THE LIMITED.
Where do I return my merchandise?
Please ship back your return merchandise with your order summary form/packing slip to THE LIMITED Fulfillment Center Attn: Returns Processing 8051 Eastgate Blvd Mt Juliet, TN 37122. *THE LIMITED cannot accept any merchandise that is damaged in shipment due to improper packing, so please repackage all items properly.*
Can I return a The Limited order to a Belk Store location?
No. TheLimited.com orders should be returned to THE LIMITED Fulfillment Center. Please call Customer Service at 1-844-737-7544 for assistance with processing your return.
Can I return my The Limited Gift Card or E-gift Card for a refund?
THE LIMITED gift cards are non-refundable (subject to contrary state cash-back laws), but gift card values do not expire and are transferable to New Belk gift cards and E-Gift Cards, which can be redeemed for THE LIMITED products on Belk.com or for Belk merchandise in Belk stores or on Belk.com. Please call Customer Service at 1-844-737-7544 for further assistance.
