Works well with echo & dot 3
I bought this to add to my Echo and dot 3, because of the sale price. I have been amazed that I notice little difference between the sounds of the others. I definitely recommend it.

Can never understand me
Just like I thought before my wife bought this everyone is freaking out about how cool it is when I have never been impressed yeah you can talk to it but like everything you talk to she never understands you. I speak clearly and I swear I can never get it to play my song I get so frustrated. Don’t know how it has such good reviews I’d rather listen to my iTunes then have to repeat it to Alexa a thousand times. I don’t get why everyone thinks this devise is so cool. I’d rather buy music and listen off my phone was less complicated.

Pretty handy
I have several dots and was looking for a fairly inexpensive one to put on my covered back porch as an experiment to see if it will hold up to being outdoors. I would have preferred a white one to match my others but I just put a cover in it. So far it seems to be doing well out there, we'll see what happens in the Florida humidity over the summer.

BEWARE - Version 2 Doesn't speak spanish.
These are great. Great price- but we needed these to speak spanish. This version doesn't support Spanish. Amazon makes you spend more money on the new version

Exceeded expectations
I bought this out of curiosity. I never dreamed how helpful the Echo Dot could be. Not only does she verbally remind me to take my medicine, she messages me on my phone. She answers my questions, sets timers, plays music on request, makes calls for me, and much more.
