9-Cup Food Processor KFP0922 is rated 3.5 out of 5 by 90.
Rated 2 out of 5 by from Less than ideal I am a bit disappointed with this machine. It is difficult to 'snap' the bowl into place, the buttons are hard to push, and the top is horrible to clean (so many pieces with lots of hard to access nooks and crannies). The machine bogs down with biscuit dough and peanut butter (it automatically stops). Before this, I had a 7 cup machine that did not have any of these problems. The reason I had to replace that machine was the bowl kept breaking (due to a design flaw) and I could no longer get replacements. Behind the stand mixer, this is my second most used tool in the kitchen. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.]

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Love it! I rely heavily on my food processor and use it at least 3 times per week. I am very happy that I chose this machine. Pros: + 3 size feed tube accomodates many sizes of food + Finger print proof stainless steel + The blade locks down so it doesn't fall out when removing contents + Small bowl is convenient + ExactSlice saves on storage + Feed tube is conveniently located in the front + Lid seals so liquids do not leak out when processing + Surprisingly quiet Only con: I wish it came with a julienne blade I really love this machine! Rated 5 out of 5 by from versatile processor I love the two different sizes of bowls that were included. It makes this processor very versatile. With all the accessories included, I can accomplish whatever task I need with this one appliance. No need to buy extra add ons. It is just perfect for my needs. Very pleased [This review was collected as part of a promotion.]

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Another customer that made a mistake Seems like I'm joining in a long list of customers who got an obviously defective product. I had my previous food processor (Hamilton Beach) for about 15 years and I wanted a new one with more attachments so I selected (what I thought) was a top grade Kitchen Aid. Since the kids have grown and gone I don't make a lot of big meals anymore, so it sat on my counter for about a year before I wanted to use it to make banana ice cream for the grandchildren. However, no matter what I did the machine would not turn on. Is there a fix for this since so many others have the same complaint? I can only warn others now to stay away from Kitchen Aid - don't make the mistake that I did. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.]

Rated 2 out of 5 by from KitchenAId - Not what it used to be I received this as a birthday present. I have all KitchenAid small appliances in my home as I always believed it was an awesome brand with quality workmanship. Using this food processor less than a dozen times makes me wonder as this isn't the only appliance I've had a problem with in the last 2 year. Sorry KitchenAid, no recommendation from me on this product. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.]

Rated 4 out of 5 by from If it isn’t working, you have the top on wrong! Had this for a few years, but have to relearn this issue every time. While most people know you have to twist the bowl onto the base, you also have to have the top on correctly to fully defeat the safety mechanism. To most it doesn’t make sense because it is just a plastic top, but there is a catch. A tab on the top must slide into the handle to full extend the tab on the bottom into the safety mechanism. It would be a much better design if they offset the top catches so you couldn’t put it on backwards, or put a tab on both sides.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Cleaning concern/Food Particles in Cover I have had my Food Processor for two years and love it for my canning and for chopping many foods. I have recently noticed that the cover has food caught within the cover chamber. I am careful when cleaning and washing this but notice that water collects in this chamber also. This appears very unsanitary and I am concerned about the use of the processor now when preparing food. There appears to be no way to remove the part to clean. Help! How can I get this out of the cover? [This review was collected as part of a promotion.]
