Wrong color!!!
I ordered this color for Christmas and didn’t get it due to it was sent back for some reason and they refunded my money because it was out of stock. Reordered this same color and Finally got it in and it’s the wrong color! If it’s not available then don’t have it online as in stock

Wrong color sent twice. Logan Blue does not exist.
Belk has sent the wrong color twice now. If you order Logan Blue, you receive Navy. I took back to the local store and the sales person told me Logan Blue has never been available and the SKU is wrong in their system. Got a refund.

Belk will not send correct item.
After two attempts I never got the correct color even through it is in stock. I had to call the Belk Customer Service 10 times but cannot get them to fix this problem. It's funny how I have to pay for an item I did not order. They just do not care about doing the right thing. Belk service is pathetic and out of control.

Soft, comfortable and good looking
