Rated 5 out of 5 by Leghi from WOW!! Best Shoe for walking without pain/paralysis I have some type of nerve damage in my left knee (doctors can't figure it out), when I walk on cement, concrete, sidewalks or go to stores like Lowes, Home Depot, Whole Foods, I become paralyze on the left side from my hip down to my foot. It is excruciating pain. I've tried many of walking shoes from several companies (except Ryka), they "don't" help, some of them make it worse and I have to sit or stand on grass so the use of my legs will return so that I can in my car and drive home and ice it. This shoes allowed me to shop, stand and walk without pain and going into a paralyze mode. Thanks You

Rated 3 out of 5 by Jazz43 from Almost I needed a new shoe for Jazzercise which is a high impact cardio exercise program. Based on the reviews, I decided to give the Women's Devotion Trainer a try. It has excellent traction, good fit, and looks sharp. However, in my opinion, it is not supportive enough for the frequent side to side movement that is done in Jazzercise. Rather than a trainer, it is more like a high intensity walking shoe. In fact, the side of the box states it is a walking shoe. Perhaps, this is a good shoe for someone who keeps Jazzercise low-impact or has better ankles than me.

Rated 5 out of 5 by Briskwalker from Foot Therapy I have been hiking and walking for health and fitness for about 20 years now, and have decided that this shoe is the best one for me. The fit is great, balance is just right, and the cushioning is excellent. Hiking boots fit well but give me callouses and blisters. The Ryka Devotion sneakers have yet to bruise my feet. Feels like I'm walking on a cloud rather than hard pavement. No other shoe compares. The pink-green-grey color combo is cheerful, though not always the best for what I'm wearing. But I keep ordering this shoe because it makes my feet smile.

Rated 5 out of 5 by MargieB from Worth it Recovery from severely sprained ankle @ 68 yrs old requires many weeks.I live for my flop flops but now it's time to get sensible footwear. Got my first pair of Ryka Devotion Pls in hopes of providing better support to the ankle. Boy was I surprised! Ten times better than expected. Great fit, lots of toe wiggle room, cushiony & supportive, lightweight. And they look fashionable! Extra bonus is my achy hip & spine felt better too. Totally recommend

Rated 5 out of 5 by Txrowergirl from My favorite shoe! The devotion is my go to shoe! Please don't ever discontinue it! I used these for about a year as a general cross training shoe before I realized it was technically a walking shoe, makes sense because the forefoot padding rocks! That is why I like this shoe. It is in my rotation of crossfit shoes. I play walleyball in them and just general use. Do not use these for Zumba, these are not good for pivoting and quick side to side movements.

Rated 5 out of 5 by Julia530 from Most comfortable shoes I absolutely love this style of Ryka, to me they seem to be the most comfortable out of all their styles. I wear my shoes from morning till night, they get a lot of use, and still hold up for many months. I have about four pair of these shoes, one of them I keep clean for going out in public, and the other three are my shoes for working outside. I highly recommend the shoes, especially for anybody that has plantar fasciitis.

Rated 1 out of 5 by SoreFeet from Soles soft but don't last I love the way Ryka shoes fit and feel. But the first pair I tried with this sole didn't even last 6 months of 30 minute dog walks. It literally pealed apart. So I bought another pair. They're also comfortable but I can see the sole starting to wear quickly after 3 months and do the same thing. Argh! Why not make them more durable AND soft?
