Just returned 6 boxes that I received as wedding gifts. After only one month of use and hand washing only, many of the pieces looked "pitted" and/or "corroded." Called the manufacturer and they said it was because it was 18/0 (which means that it's 18% chromium and 0% nickel). Has to be hand washed and dried without any detergents containing citrus in order to keep it from doing that, he said. The nickel is what keeps stainless from corroding and this has none. Too much hassle for me! So sad though because I loved the look of this!
