Curbside Pickup FAQs

All stores now offer curbside pickup!
Curbside Pickup is a part of our Free Store Pickup program and is available in all stores. Customers can place an order on the Belk app or belk.com and pick up their order from the convenience of their car.
Curbside pickup is fast, free and easy! Choose Free Store Pickup when adding items to your bag or at checkout. Once you’re notified the order is ready, you’ll get instructions on how to let us know you’re on the way so we can have your item(s) ready!
Curbside pickup hours are Monday - Saturday 11PM - 5PM and Sunday 1:30PM - 5PM for all participating stores. Orders must be placed at belk.com by 1PM for same-day pickup.
We’ll send you an email when your order is ready. Within that email, there’ll be an option for you to let us know when you’re on the way, and whether you’d like to pick up in store or curbside, and we’ll have your order ready when you arrive.
Items available for free store pickup will be marked as such on belk.com. Due to variations in the merchandise inventory from one store to another, some items may be available at your local store and some may not. Use the Free Curbside Pickup section on the product detail page or in Shopping Bag to locate an available store.
Merchandise inventory may vary from one store to another, and some may be shipped directly from vendors and not available at your local store. Only items available at your local store are available for Curbside Pickup. Merchandise availability changes frequently, so check back often!
Only the person listed on the order payment information is allowed to pick up your Curbside Pickup order.
Once your belk.com order is ready, you have 10 days to pick up your order. You will receive an email reminder 24 hours before your order is returned to inventory and a refund is processed.
You will need your order pickup notification email and a photo ID. You may either print your email for reference or show it on your mobile device.
Pull up to the designated Curbside Pickup location at your local Belk store. Follow the instructions in your notification email to let us know you’re here. Please have your order pickup email and photo ID ready to show us through the window. Then, just pop your trunk and an associate will place your order inside.
You will be charged once a store confirms they have your merchandise and it is ready for pick up.
