Offical Rules


Eligibility: Register for a chance to win a Belk® 2026 Beauty Bash Gift Card Giveaway (the “giveaway”) is open only to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia who are at least eighteen (18) years old, and be a legal resident of the United States at the time of entry (“Entrant” or “You”). Employees of Belk, Inc., Belk Ecommerce LLC, and their affiliated companies, as well as the immediate family (spouse, parents, siblings, and children) and household members of each such employee are not eligible. The giveaway is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations and is void where prohibited. Participation constitutes Entrant’s full and unconditional agreement to these Official Rules and Sponsor’s decisions, which are final and binding in all matters related to this giveaway. Winning a prize is contingent upon fulfilling all requirements set forth herein.

  1. Sponsor and operator: Belk, Inc., 2801 W. Tyvola Road, Charlotte, NC 28217.

  2. Timing: The giveaway begins on March 21, 2026 at 10:00 a.m. Eastern Time ("ET") and ends on March 21, 2026 at 9:00 p.m. ET (the "Promotion Period") as set forth in the chart below:

  3. How to Enter: Visit the Belk Participating Store and complete a tear-off form and give to a Belk associate during the Promotion Period set forth in the chart in Section 3 above and complete the online entry form, including your first and last name, a valid home address, email address and a telephone number. P.O. Boxes are not permitted.

  4. Drawings: At each Participating Store, Sponsor will randomly select one (1) potential winner from all eligible entries at each Participating Store received during the Promotion Period, on or around the date set forth in the chart in Section 3 above. The potential winners will be notified by phone or email at Sponsor’s discretion. If a potential winner of any prize cannot be contacted, or the prize is returned as undeliverable, the potential winner forfeits his/her prize. Receiving a prize is contingent upon compliance with these Official Rules. In the event that a potential winner is disqualified for any reason, time permitting, Sponsor will award the applicable prize to an alternate winner by random drawing from among all remaining eligible entries. Only three (3) alternate drawings per prize will be held, after which the prize will remain un-awarded. Prizes will be fulfilled by mail after winners are confirmed.

  5. Prize: Eighteen (18) winners will each receive one (1) One Hundred Dollar ($100) Belk gift card, in Belk’s sole discretion.

    Sponsor will award the Belk® 2026 Belk Beauty Bash Gift Card on the giveaway Drawing Date listed in the chart in Section 3 by Belk representative. Sponsor is not responsible to replace lost or stolen Belk gift cards. Odds of winning a prize depend on the number of eligible entries received during the Promotion Period. Limit: One (1) prize per person.

    The approximate retail value of the prizes are $100 each. A winner is responsible for paying any applicable income taxes and any and all other costs and expenses not listed above. Any prize details not specified above will be determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion. A prize may not be transferred and must be accepted as awarded. Entrant may not request cash or a substitute prize; however, Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize with another prize of equal or greater value if the prize is not available for any reason, as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion.

  6. Gift Cards: Belk gift cards are subject to the terms and conditions described on the card and the Belk Gift Card and Promotional Card Terms and Conditions located at https://www.belk.com/customer-service/terms-of-use/. They may be redeemed at any Belk location (not limited to participating Belk stores) and at belk.com online. Sponsor will not replace lost or stolen gift cards. Gift cards are not redeemable for cash and have no independent cash value. Odds of winning a gift card depend on the number of participants, per participating Belk store.

  7. Release: By accepting any prize, the winner agrees to release and hold harmless Sponsor, and its affiliated companies and suppliers, distributors, advertising/promotion agencies, and prize suppliers, and each of their respective officers, directors, employees and agents (collectively, the “Released Parties”) from and against any claim or cause of action, including, but not limited to, personal injury, death, or damage to or loss of property, arising out of participation in this giveaway or receipt or use or misuse of any prize.

  8. Publicity: Except where prohibited, participation in this giveaway constitutes each Entrant’s consent to Sponsor’s name, likeness, photograph, voice, opinions and/or hometown and state for promotional purposes in any media, worldwide, without notice, prior review, or further payment or consideration.

  9. General Conditions: Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend and/or modify this giveaway, or any part of it, if any fraud, technical failures or any other factor beyond Sponsor’s reasonable control impairs the integrity or proper functioning of the giveaway, as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion. Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual it finds to be tampering with the entry process or the operation of this giveaway or to be acting in violation of these Official Rules of this or any other promotion or in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner. Any attempt by any person to deliberately undermine the legitimate operation of this giveaway may be a violation of criminal and civil law, and, should such an attempt be made, Sponsor reserves the right to seek damages from any such person to the fullest extent permitted by law. Sponsor’s failure to enforce any term of these Official Rules shall not constitute a waiver of that provision.

  10. Limitations of Liability: The Released Parties named in Section 8 above are not responsible for: (1) any illegible or incomplete entry forms, or incorrect or inaccurate information, whether caused by Entrants, printing errors or by any other cause; (2) unauthorized human intervention in any part of the entry process or this giveaway; (3) technical or human error which may occur in the administration of this giveaway or the processing of entries; (4) late, lost, undeliverable, damaged or stolen mail or communications in this giveaway; or (5) any injury or damage to persons or property which may be caused, directly or indirectly, in whole or in part, from Entrant’s participation in this giveaway or receipt or use or misuse of any prize. If for any reason an Entrant's entry is confirmed to have been erroneously deleted, lost, or otherwise destroyed or corrupted, Entrant’s sole remedy is another entry in this giveaway, if it is possible. If this giveaway, or any part of it, is discontinued for any reason, Sponsor, in its sole discretion, may elect to hold a random drawing from among all eligible entries received up to the date of discontinuance for any or all of the prizes offered herein. No more than the stated number of prizes will be awarded. In the event that production, technical, seeding, programming or any other reasons cause more than the stated number of prizes as set forth in these Official Rules to be available and/or claimed, Sponsor reserves the right to award only the stated number of prizes by a random drawing among all legitimate, un-awarded, eligible prize claims.

  11. Disputes: Except where prohibited, each Entrant agrees that: (1) any and all disputes, claims and causes of action arising out of or connected with this giveaway or any prize awarded shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, and exclusively by the United States District Court for the Western District of North Carolina or the appropriate North Carolina State Court located in Mecklenburg County, North Carolina; (2) any and all claims, judgments and awards shall be limited to actual out-of-pocket costs incurred, including costs associated with entering this giveaway, but in no event attorneys’ fees; and (3) under no circumstances will Entrant be permitted to obtain awards for, and Entrant hereby waives all rights to claim, indirect, punitive, incidental and consequential damages and any other damages, other than for actual out-of-pocket expenses, and any and all rights to have damages multiplied or otherwise increased. All issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation and enforceability of these Official Rules, or the rights and obligations of the Entrant and Sponsor in connection with the Sweepstakes, shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with, the laws of the State of North Carolina.
