great price
I had a 4 slice toaster which took up a lot of space. This is great for a smaller space and it also makes toast the way we want it. Light, medium and darker. Also liked the price.

all plastic, like weight, poor performance
I just purchased this item and should of related that the cost was cheap and so was the toaster, it only has burners on the outside of the unit, therefore only toasts on the outside. it costs more to ship back than to just throw out. my bad.

quite a disappointment
You can tell from looking at the picture that it's impossible to make a selection of toast darkness. The round turn dial doesn't have any way to see which number you've selected. Plus, the toast doesn't brown evenly when using any of the color settings. Waste of money

Not what I thought!
This toaster is really light weight. Careful how you handle it. Would prefer a little heavier toaster. However, it does toast okay.
